What is your delivery period?
96% of UK orders will be received withing 5 working days from receipt of order. ( If paid by credit card.) Orders for more than one dvd may arrive in separate shipments, but you should receive your complete order within 7-14 days. For worldwide orders we ask you to wait 21 days before contacting us about an order that may not have arrived. We will ship your dvd order immedaitely and all remember our claim that all UK orders should be received within 3-5 working days.
What are your postage and packing charges?
Delivery is completely FREE to addresses in the United Kingdom, Eire and Europe. Delivery is 2 Euros per DVD to the rest of the world.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
My order has not arrived after 21 days. What do I do?
Please email, call or write to us. And we will resolve immediately. Or refund your order cost.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club, Carte Blache, JCB through our secure payment gateway.
What currency will the charge be in?
Your card will be charged in GBP however if you are outside the UK it will be converted to Euros.
Can I pay by methods other than credit card?
Yes! We accept orders by UK / Euro cheques, UK postal orders, or by cash. You will be offered the choice when you proceed to checkout.
Do I have to register on your website to place an order?
No. You can still order without registering. The advantage of registering is that if you place a second order you will not have to fill in your personal details again on the order form during checkout. Additionally we will be able to send you special offers and advance notice of new stock. This is optional when you register with us.

Can I return a dvd?
You can return a DVD only if the disk is faulty or if you have received an incorrect order. We will replace all faulty or incorrect orders immediately. If you are unsure what to do get in touch by email or call us.
